If you sent the wrong type of coin when withdrawing from your GlobalDCX account, GlobalDCX does not have the coins and unfortunately, we can not recover the coins.
If you sent the coins to a ‘known’ wrong address contact the owner of the address that you sent the coins to or contact the receiving the wallet provider further assistance.

Try to avoid typing coin wallet addresses, copy (Ctrl C) and paste (Ctrl V) should be used to prevent typing errors.
